We make it a point of honor to offer superior quality reproductions. Our cards are printed on paquality pier and are carefully checked before being shipped.
Are the lithographs offered by HINODIA limited or are they in unlimited edition?
We offer both limited edition and unlimited edition lithographs. The information concerning the edition of each lithograph is specified on our website and on eachth product sheet.
Where do the vintage photos offered by HINODIA come from?
Our vintage photos come from different sources, mainly from national and private collections. We have carefully selected these photographs for their charm and originality.
Is it possible to order a vintage photo that is not in the collection offered by HINODIA?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a custom order service for our vintage photos. However, our collection is regularly updated with new photographs, so do not hesitate to consult our website regularly to discover our new arrivals.
How to track my order ?
As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive a summary email with all the details. In addition, you can connect to your customer account with the email address used for order confirmation, from the "Order tracking" tab..
What are the delivery times ?
The parcels are sent by post by the Post Office, the manufacturing being carried out on request, upon confirmation of your order, thus creating less waste than conventional manufacturing, delivery times are between 5 to 7 working days.
Do you deliver internationally?
Delivery costs are included for Metropolitan France, but also has the International Deliveries.
What are the payment methods accepted by HINODIA?
We accept payment by credit card via Stripe, Paypal and bank transfer.
Is it possible to return a product purchased from HINODIA?
Yes, you have 14 days to return a product that does not suit you. Return costs are your responsibility.
What guarantees does HINODIA offer for its products?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return theproduct and we will refund you in full.

What is the return policy ?
Please contact us before any Return Policy process.(exchange or refund), if necessary, without prior agreement of support, a refund will not be possible.
Wrong address- If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable).
Not demanded- Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping yourself (if applicable).
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
Returned by customer- We do not refund orders in the event of a change of mind on the model ordered. The return address is indicated on your delivery note when you place your order.
Attention, if the return address specified in the parcel is not used as a return address, the Return Policy will not apply.
Until prior agreement, shipping costs remain your responsibility. Size exchanges are not made without prior agreement.
